Posting guide — Help

Help is the highest-volume category in most mature communities. The cleaner the posts, the better the answers. Here’s the shape we’re going for.

Every Help post should include

## The problem I'm having

## The context of why I'm trying to do this

## What I've already tried

## Some example code, screenshots, or error messages

Paste this template into your new post, fill it in, and you’re done.

Tag your post

At least one tag required — the primitive you’re working with:

  • dimensions — self-contained workspaces with their own context and tools
  • artifacts — the universal unit of information (typed, reusable)
  • canvases — interactive surfaces for working with artifacts
  • functions — code-defined operations
  • attunement — how agents tune to a specific person over time

Add integration tags (merge-dev, bigquery, firestore, erp-sync) if relevant.

Before posting

  1. Search first — your question may already be answered.
  2. Check the docs.
  3. If you’re brand new, Beginners is a softer landing.

How this works

  • Participation is voluntary. No SLA. myai staff answer when we can; community answers are often faster and better.
  • Mark a reply as the solution when it works — future visitors benefit, and the replier gets credit.
  • One question per post. It makes the answer thread coherent and searchable.
